Waiting List
Our waiting list opens at announcement of an expected litter. We send an email to all accepted puppy applicants to begin filling our priority wait list.

Why join the wait list? By being on our wait list you'll be the first to be notified upon to arrival of our pups, giving you a head start to send in your deposit and reserve your puppy.
Deposits
Deposits are $500 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. While we cannot guarantee we have will have the specific gender, color or coat type of your choice, we can guarantee a loving puppy and family friend.

Once the puppies are born, we will notify our waitlist first of the new arrivals. Puppies will be chosen on a first come first serve basis in the order we are contacted by our puppy applicants. Your puppy will be held (marked as reserved online) for 5 days, giving time for receipt of deposit. If we do not receive your deposit within the 5 days, your puppy will again become available.
Final Payments
Final payments for your chosen puppy is due 2 weeks before your litter's pick-up date. If for any reason we haven't received the final payment by this time, your chosen puppy and spot in line will be lost. Your puppy will be considered yours once your Deposit and Final Payment are received. If you need delivery, all shipping fees will be due along with the remaining balance of your puppy. Final payments will be made via check.
Refunds
Deposits are nonrefundable, please only place a deposit if you are certain you will be ready for a new puppy and the long term commitment. After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 3 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life threatening disease, the cause of which we as breeders were to blame, only then can the puppy be returned for a full refund. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded.
Boarding
We will attempt to be as accommodating as possible, and can keep your puppy for a period beyond the normal pick up date if the need arises. There is a $100/week boarding fee for every week after the puppies are available to be picked up, starting on the first day. This covers the cost of food, any supplies needed, and time spent caring for your puppy. All late pick up and boarding needs must be discussed prior.
Delivery
Preferred: In person East Texas pick. We will schedule a pick up window of 4 days (Thurs-Sun). Local families and those who wish to drive to pick up their puppy are welcome on scheduled puppy pick-up dates!

We are happy to coordinate travel if needed. All cost associated with delivery will be added to the final cost of your puppy.
